PBU Scholarship Fund
 For
the 2008-09 school year, $1,075,000 is needed to
provide scholarship support
for students. Most students fund their education
by working, help from their family, loans, and
scholarship
grants. PBU scholarship grants are allocated according
to academic achievement and documented financial
need. Your gift will make a difference for a student
this year. All gifts are tax-deductible
as allowed by law.

Renovations/Expansion
Following a carefully-crafted master plan, the 120-acre
campus is continually being improved. Classrooms and offices currently located in the Smith Administration Building are scheduled for renovation. Your gift for this phased project will assist the University in reaching its goal to improve the campus.

 Endowment
In education, endowment equals excellence. It is a
flexible tool that enables a school to fund institutional
priorities and provide that "margin for excellence"
to build a quality program. It permits the University
to react to market forces and trends. If adversity strikes,
resources can be allocated to respond quickly and effectively.
Planning for the
future is not an issue of lack of faith, but a demonstration
of sound stewardship. Schools that have demonstrated
quality, longevity, and leadership in education all
have built their endowments. Endowment funds will provide
the following resources:
* Resources for student scholarships - Because
PBU is tuition-dependent, it is imperative to build
the
endowment to increase the amount of financial aid
available to
students.
* Resources for the building maintenance - Because PBU is working hard to control
its operating budget and direct its resources to students
and faculty, separate funds for upkeep of the University facilities are essential.
