Administrative Assistant
The University is seeking candidates for the full-time staff position of administrative assistant to support the work of the vice president and dean of educational resources, who directs accreditation and oversees the Learning Resources Center (LRC). Duties include (1) Project management-type oversight to establish calendar for and ensure timely receipt of data and written documents from various schools and departments to meet accreditation specifications and deadlines; (2) Assistance with writing and editing of reports; (3) Interfacing with accreditation and governmental agencies and conducting research to attain, communicate, and support a wide variety of complex standards and requirements; (4) Compilation and analysis of statistical information and creation of data-driven reports; (5) Support for the ordering, cataloging, and processing functions for LRC-related materials; (6) Coordination with faculty members regarding receipt of ordered items; (7) Handling of routine administrative duties such as word processing, processing of invoices, filing, maintaining schedules, etc. Required qualifications include (1) A bachelor's degree; (2) Five year's work experience in a mid- or high-level administrative support position; (3) Prior experience with academic structure and protocol; (4) Proficient computer skills, including word processing, data management, and report writing; (5) Ability to work independently, and organize, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities; (6) Ability to interface with a wide variety of internal and external departments and individuals, insuring compliance with tight schedules and specific guidelines. Athletics Department
Baseball Coach
The Department of Athletics has a part-time head coaching opportunity available in the sport of baseball. Responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the program including: 1) All aspects of coaching such as selection of players through tryout, effective practice organization, development and utilization of effective coaching strategies in game situations, monitoring of student-athlete academic progress, modeling of appropriate behavior to student-athletes, and promotion of the spiritual well-being of student-athletes; 2) Working in conjunction with the Athletic and Admissions Departments in the recruitment of student-athletes; and 3) Working with the sports information director in the collection and reporting of statistical and other data as required by the University Athletic Department and the NCAA. 4) Responsibility for adherence to all NCAA Division III and Philadelphia Biblical University policies, regulations, and procedures. The successful candidate must possess a bachelor's degree; previous successful coaching experience, preferably at the college level; a demonstrated ability to work with student-athletes, athletics personnel and administration; and agreement with the mission, vision, statement of faith, and standards of conduct of the University. Department of Enrollment Management
Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management
Philadelphia Biblical University is accepting applications for the newly-created position of assistant vice president of enrollment management. The position will report directly to the senior vice president for marketing and enrollment management. Reporting to this position will be recruiting and admissions staff for the traditional undergraduate and graduate programs as well as enrollment operations support staff. The incumbent will work with a high degree of independence and autonomy to direct, oversee, and manage the enrollment function for University programs. Working with the senior vice president for marketing and enrollment management and the director of marketing and advertising, this individual will be responsible to execute marketing strategies, and create materials and methods for attracting prospective students. He/she will develop and implement procedures for prioritizing prospective students at every stage of the admissions process, and establish enrollment management procedures to maximize opportunities to advance prospective students toward enrollment. He/she will establish performance metrics and will select, train, direct, supervise, evaluate, and develop staff. The incumbent will work closely with the Department of Financial Aid. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree. A minimum of five year's experience in an enrollment management position is required. Department of Financial Aid
Assistant Vice President for Financial Aid
Philadelphia Biblical University is accepting applications for the position of assistant vice president of financial aid. The position will report directly to the senior vice president for marketing and enrollment management. Reporting to this position will be an assistant director and financial aid officers. The incumbent must be adept at strategic planning; implementation and analysis; hands-on supervision and training of department staff; and collaborating with University administrators, business services, and enrollment management. The AVP of Financial Aid must have a thorough working knowledge of enterprise student administration systems and Financial Aid software and demonstrate the ability to represent PBU effectively with key constituencies such as students, parents, alumni, and donors. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), management level financial aid experience, and a thorough knowledge of the administration of Title IV funds, other student loan programs, and federal and state compliance requirements. Department of Marketing
Director of Communications
Philadelphia Biblical University is accepting applications for the position of Director of Communications. The position will report directly to the Senior Vice President for Marketing and Enrollment Management. The incumbent will work extensively with academic and administrative departments throughout the University to insure consistency and coordination of internal and external communications to various University constituents. Working with the Sr. Vice President for Marketing and Enrollment Management, this individual will be responsible to integrate the image, branding, and message of the University's mission and vision into print material, communications with the media, new media (internet), and through public speaking and personal representation on the University's behalf. The Director of Communications will be responsible for advertising and promoting events held or sponsored by the University, as well as aggressively publicizing events, speaking engagements and accomplishments of the University's faculty and administration.
Qualifications include a master's degree and a minimum of five years experience in a senior level public relations, marketing or communications position.

M.S. in Christian Counseling Program
Faculty Member - Graduate Counseling Program
The M.S. in Christian Counseling Program is seeking a faculty member to teach in the Graduate Counseling Programs, oversee the University's counseling services, and develop a program to provide counseling services. In this position, the faculty member will be required to fulfill all regular duties of a university teacher, including teaching fall, spring, and summer semester courses (a total of 24 credit hours per academic year) and other administrative, advisory and committee-related duties. The faculty member would also be required to abide by lifestyle and professional guidelines of the University and be in agreement with the University's Statement of Faith. The successful candidate must possess a PhD in Counseling/Clinical Psychology, Pennsylvania LPC or licensed psychology, clinical experience and management ability, or experience in developing or leading a counseling center. College or university teaching experience is also required; some teaching experience at the graduate level is preferred. The successful candidate must be familiar with and in essential agreement with the counseling philosophy and the theoretical model espoused by the Counseling Graduate program at PBU.
